Shipping done with local mail company, which is Correos de México and it takes about 3 - 8 weeks, could be more, to get to your location.
Shipping cost are covered by client.
We use Estafeta.And approximately could take from 10 to 20 days.
Occasionally, Estafeta uses other companies to make deliveries.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the fact that all orders are custom made refunds cannot be issued.
Refunds are not granted for lost packages.
At the moment of the purchase you agree to our return policy.
Warranty & REPAIR POLICY
The warranty is valid only for the next 7 days after receiving your package.
The warranty only covers missing parts and damaged boxes. Damaged boxes and/or missing parts will be shipped free of charge.
The shipment of such parts or boxes will be by standard service unless the customer decides to pay the difference for faster shipping option.
Missing parts or damaged boxes will be shipped within a month.

Repairs are free and granted to all orders but the customer agrees to pay for shipping to us and from us to them.

INSURANCE
If you want to insure your order, you will need to let us know, since the packages do not have insurance and are only provided if the client explicitly requests it.
The insurance has an additional cost and is according to each order.
